Qumulus is a UK-based software engineering SME with a core project team of Daniel Niasoff (Founder/CTO), Danny Hawkins (Co-founder/Tech Advisor), Manoj Waiker (Lead Architect), Amine Bouabdallah (Senior DevOps) and Jay Cuizon (Hiring/HR/Operations Manager).
Despite there being more than one thousand tools available in the cloud-native landscape for developers, these professionals face significant challenges in deploying applications on a large scale. Developer velocity is something many businesses are struggling to increase due to challenges in training, onboarding, costs and complexity of the tools available to build cloud-native applications.
More and more SMEs are leaving the market because they lack innovation and competitiveness, with more than half suggesting that tech is the biggest driver of growth.
To meet this urgent need, Qumulus is developing a private cloud solution using innovative technologies that will allow developers to build and deploy applications without having to manage infrastructure. Its high performance will come at a flat fee that is around 80% cheaper than other hyperscale cloud providers.
Developers will be able to focus on writing code for successful applications and enjoy a high-performance private cloud that is 50% faster than similar cloud solutions.
Unlike other providers, Qumulus's solution delivers more performance for a significantly lower price while not locking developers into a proprietary ecosystem. Its solution can be tailored to each organisation.
