Grant Description

Fenestra is an architectural AI design assistant. Create high-fidelity real-time visualisations from 3D models directly in your browser, the potential of creativity is unmatched. The best way to understand a space is to be in it at 1 to 1 scale.

Architects can visit their projects at scale, examine through spatial computing and tackle complex spatial design problems through AI commands. Design options are created quickly and efficiently through natural language, making design conversational and fluid. The default 3D design environment aligns with architectural workflows, while the highly controllable generative AI fuels creative exploration.

Track your design progress through a history tree and securely sync across devices accessing the power of AI on mobile, HMD and desktop.

Design iteration loops are slowed with requests for information, to combat this Fenestra creates shareable immersive presentations for clients enabling interactions with your AI design assistant. This gives them access to provide feedback and leverage your AI's creativity to visualise ideas, reducing communication breakdown and increasing productivity.

Architects are spatial thinkers, they work across scales, translating 2D to 3D. Fenestra gives architects spatial AI tools that align with their existing workflow and supplements them through highly controllable generative AI in one platform.
