Due to a lack of appropriate collaboration and feedback tools, creatives spend an average of 10 hours/week speaking with clients, which often results in unnecessary revisions.

This problem has intensified post-pandemic, with more designers working remotely and across different time zones. From an EDI perspective, creatives are more likely to experience dyslexia, so text-heavy communication tools such as email and chat, may not represent an ideal alternative.

Addressing this, Workflow provides an AI-powered collaboration platform that streamlines the creative process. Designers upload their work to the platform, where an AI Copilot provides feedback based on project requirements. Designers can then share their work with clients, who provide video, text, or annotation feedback directly on the platform. Real-time messaging facilitates discussions, leading to faster project completion.

Workflow uses several cutting-edge technologies to provide AI feedback on creative work, and a high-performance messaging architecture to display various creative media. This will accelerate projects and streamline collaboration across a range of creative industries.
