Grant Description

From October 18th through October 27th, the Guangdong People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries donated school bags to 9 schools in the Nuku'alofa and Tongatapu regions. The donations were made with the support of the Tonga-China Friendship Association.

The first 5 schools that received school bags were The Free Wesleyan Primary School (100795), Malia Lutu Imakulata Primary School (101612), Falakiko ‘Asisi Primary School (101622), Hillard Adventist Primary School (101624), and Maamaloa Side School at Valoloa (101625) on October 25th.

The next 4 schools that received school bags were Vaini FWC Middle School (101633), Beaulah Primary School (101634), Toloa F.W.C. Middle School (101635), and St. Paul Primary School at Lapaha (101636), and they received the bags on October 27th.
