In 2003, ICBC and Bank of China (Hong Kong) contribute to USD 375 million syndicated term loan for the Government of Malaysia On or around March 24, 2003, the Government of Malaysia signed a $375 million term loan agreement for unspecified purposes with a syndicate of banks.
