Grant Description

On January 8, 2023, the Charge d'Affaires of the Chinese Embassy in Sudan, Zhang Xianghua, donated 100 books of various types on behalf of the Embassy to the recently established Chinese Department of Elnasr Technical University for their Chinese Language Library.

The donation was handed over during an inauguration ceremony for the Elnasr Technical University Chinese Language Library, and was received by the University Director, Dr. Amir Mustafa Saad, the Secretary of Scientific Affairs Secretary of Scientific Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Mirghani Al-Tayeb, the Financial and Administrative Director, Dr.

Yasser Al-Sarraj, and the Registrar, Dr. Al-Taher Al-Sarraj.

The donation was intended to help educate Sudanese students in the Chinese language, strengthen ties between China and Sudan, and promote cultural exchange.
