Grant Description

CDB provides RMB 100 million loan to State Savings Bank of Tajikistan (Amonatbonk) for on-lending purposes in November 2023 On November 20, 2023, China Development Bank (CDB) signed an RMB 100 loan agreement with State Savings Bank of Tajikistan (Amonatbonk). The borrowing terms of the loans are unknown.

However, it is known that the borrower was expected to use the loan proceeds to on-lend in support of the development of small and mid-sized enterprises and agricultural projects in Tajikistan. The agreement was signed by Amonatbonk Chairman Ikromi Sirojiddin and CDB Chairman Tan Jiong.
