their efforts of educating and regulating South Carolina produce farms on the Produce Safety Rule through Path C of the cooperative agreement (FOA #PAR-21-174). Our produce safety program operates under state authority. Our state law is known as the South Carolina Produce Safety Act. This law gives the South Carolina Department of
