Grant Description

On December 15, 2011, the China Government and the Government of Seychelles signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which the Chinese Government committed RMB 40 million grant (Rs.90 million SCR) in grant funding towards continuing projects already started, for example the rebuilding of Glacis primary school, the Supreme Court buildings and the Les Mamelles housing project.

The breakdown of this grant is unclear. This project is distinct from projects #55785 and #2081.
