1,350 MW Abuja Project, through Continuum Associates, LLC

A USTDA grant to NNPC Gas Power Investment Company LTD funds a feasibility study for 1,350 MW gas-fired project that will deliver power to Abuja through the national grid. The project will meet the goals of the Electrify Africa Act, the U.S. Government's Power Africa and Prosper Africa Initiatives, and USTDA's U.S.

Gas Infrastructure Exports Initiative and will support the goals of Nigeria's Power Sector Recovery Program and Economic Recovery and Growth Plan by supporting diversification of the country's energy industry. The Study will be undertaken on a sole source basis by the U.S. firm, Continuum Associates LLC.
