This $6,000 Desk Study reviews a First Element Energy proposal for a feasibility study (FS) and demonstration project on the use of advanced fuel cell technology for power applications in China's telecommunications infrastructure.
The introduction of fuel cells would replace lead acid batteries and fossil fuel generators to power thousands of wireless base stations and towers, thereby increasing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact of ITC networks in China.
