This $630,000 feasibility study grant for the Ensenada International Development Project provides a roadmap for Opcion Integradora Baja Aeropuerto,S. de R.L. de C.V. (OIB) to develop a greenfield international passenger and cargo airport in Ensenada, Mexico.

The development of the Ensenada International Airport would support Mexico's 2007-2012 National Infrastructure Program and would serve as an economic development magnet in the region.
