This cost-shared Feasibility Study (FS) assists the Shanxi Provincial Environmental Protection Bureau (Shanxi EPB) in assessing the technical and financial components related to the installation of continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) in coal-fired power plants and industrial facilities in Shanxi Province in China.

The Grantee for this FS is the Shanxi EPB and is conducted by Thermo Electron through a sole-source arrangement.

This FS is expected to lead to developmental impacts related to physical infrastructure, human capacity building and the transfer of technology.
