IT Strategy And Enterprise Architecture For Smart Grid For Evncpc, through Actionable Strategies, LLC

This technical assistance grant funds an Information Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture for Smart Grid for Vietnam's Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) project that provides for the development of an overall IT and smart grid strategy including an implementation plan to help improve operations.

With growing demand for electricity and the need to improve the quality of supply and electricity service to consumers, EVNCPC intends to automate and modernize its IT infrastructure, including implementing smart grid technology and systems to efficiently manage its operations and business processes.
