Grant Description

USTDA funding of $170,000 supports three concurrent reverse trade missions (RTM) held in conjunction with the 2011 U.S.-China Aviation Symposium. The RTMs entail site visits and meetings that address topics related to aviation industry environmental best practices.

This activity assists senior Chinese officials and aviation industry representatives in identifying advanced technology solutions best suited for China's infrastructure modernization needs, and helps to develop stronger government and private sector cooperation between the U.S. and China.
