1,350 MW Abuja Project, through Continuum Associates, LLC

A grant to Nigeria National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Gas Power Investment Company Limited funds a feasibility study for 1,350 megawatt gas-fired project that will deliver power to Abuja through the national grid. The project will meet the goals of the Electrify Africa Act, the U.S. Government's Power Africa and Prosper Africa Initiatives, and U.S.

Trade and Development Agency's (USTDA) U.S.

Gas Infrastructure Exports Initiative and will support the goals of Nigeria's Power Sector Recovery Program and Economic Recovery and Growth Plan by supporting diversification of the country's energy industry.

The Study will be undertaken on a sole source basis by the U.S. firm, Continuum Associates Limited Liability Corporation.
