Feasibility Study - Western Cape Province Broadband Expansion, through Global Resources, Inc.

A grant to the Western Cape Government ("WCG") funds a feasibility study ("Study") that will assess the economic and technical viability of deploying fiber and fixed wireless infrastructure to expand broadband internet in the Western Cape province of South Africa. The Study will also assist the WCG to assess ownership and operations models for future broadband deployments.

U.S. firm Global Resources, Incorporated (Irvine, California) will carry out the Study on a solesource basis.
