Grant Description

The proposed training assistance grant ("Training Grant") would support the cloud transformation of Zenith utilizing Microsoft's hyperscale cloud platform, Azure, and help Microsoft compete where it is disadvantaged due to significant support provided to its competitor, Huawei.
