Grant Description

Strenghten the skills of CND, MEF and other relevant agencies related to them in order to improve their capacity to design, contract and implement viable infrastructure projects that promote economic and social development.

Provide TA in the structureing of transactions, the development of requests for proposals, draft contracts and bidding methodologies, as well as assistance in the development of Terms of Reference for the contracting of transaction advisors, assistance in the evaluation of technical studies, review of different methodologies for quantification and allocation of risk, as well as risk mitigation tools.
