Grant Description

As much of the regulatory reform work was completed at the MEF in 2017, technical assistance is focused on front office activities and institutional reform within Proinversion.

Goals include providing advice and support for the institutionalization of the new PPP law and regulations, while assisting Proinversion to establish internal directives, practices and training materials to facilitate change; assist the executive director of Proinversion to develop and implement new staffing and a capacity building plan as part of organizational reform; and support MEF staff to develop policy and directives regarding contingent liabilities.
