Grant Description

Strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Economy and Finance to improve its ability to develop viable policy that promotes greater investor participation and support its efforts to build internal capacity to evaluate the risk profile PPP projects that promote Peru's economic and social development.

Specifically technical assistance will support the Ministry of Economy and Finance to develop risk evaluation tools; to act as a catalyst for knowledge transfer in international best practices; and create technical experts with the economic and financial skills necessary to evaluate and promote successful PPPs.
