Grant Description

Strengthen the skills of CND, MEF and other relevant agencies to improve their capacity to design, contract and implement viable infrastructure projects.

Provide TA in structuring of transactions, the development of requests for proposals, draft contracts and bidding methodologies.

Assist in the development of Terms of Reference for transaction advisors, evaluating technical studies, quantifying and allocating risk, as well as in the design of risk mitigation tools.
