Grant Description

This fund, as authroized by Public Law 101-513, is maintained for the deposit of prceeds from the sale of overseas property acquired by USAD.

The proceeds are avialable to construct or otherwise acquire outside the US (1) essential living quarters, office space, and necessary supporting facilities for use by USAID personnel and (2) schools (including dormitories and boarding facilites and hospitals for use of USAID and other U.S. Government personnel and their dependents.

Proceeds may also be used to equip, staff, operate and maintain such schools and hospitals.
