The purpose of this International Crisis Group (ICG) project in Conflict Prevention and Containment is to support the research, production, and dissemination of conflict assessments, analyses, and reports.
When regional/sub-regional conflict dynamics and trends are identified, additional analyses may be incorporated in country reporting or presented in separate reports.
ICG will provide USAID with synthesis of key findings and lessons learned regarding conflict through summary articles, essays, speeches, and other documents. Further, ICG will provide routine briefings to USAID senior leadership.
As events pose new opportunities for conflict prevention or resolution, the work plan will be adjusted to address evolving priorities.
