Grant Description

Conduct an assessment of the Philippines education sector that describes the conditions of all sub-sectors (from early childhood through higher education), and identifies key challenges and the government and donor funded programs that aim to address them. USAID/Philippines anticipates awarding a fixed price contract to be completed over a period of three (3) months.
