Support the development of knowledge tools that promote best practices in climate change adaptation to build the capacity of USAID staff and climate adaptation practitioners in a wide range of topics that affect climate resilient infrastructure.

This includes methodological reports and guidance manuals on climate change impacts on water supply, sanitation, and flood control facilities, as well as transportation infrastructure and a variety of vertical structures.
