Grant Description

This project consists of refurbishing a classroom,a dining facility, a storage hanger, and a 31-person capacity barracks facility, whichwill provide instruction to students within the Malaysian MaritimeEnforcement Agency (MMEA) compound. under U.S. Pacific Command. The U.S.

Department of Defense International Counter-Drug Program (ICDP) enables the Secretary of Defense to provide foreign governments with support, such as training and equipment, to combat illicit drug trafficking and transnational organized crime.
