The goal of this 14-month activity with the Association for People in Need of Special Care (APNSC) is to strengthen the capacity of local daycare centers serving adult beneficiaries with disabilities through training daycare staff in two directions: 1) Increasing their knowledge and development skills essential for therapeutic work with adults with disabilities; and, 2) Increasing their knowledge and development skills related to organizational development - administration and management, fundraising, etc.
