Grant Description

Purpose and goal: Target: The EQE target for lead-free perovskite WLED is above 10%. Completeness: 1. Based on lead-free Cu+ metal halide we can realize more than 3% EQE of warm white LED devices 2. Based on lead-free Mn-based perovskite materials, we can realize more than 5% EQE of green LED devices

3. Based on lead-free Sn-based perovskite materials, we can achieve more than 1% EQE of pure red LED devices and more than 5% EQE of near-infrared LED devices. Expected results and effects: Expected outcome: The EQE target for lead-free perovskite WLED is above 10%. Outcome:

Key Outcome: A significant outcome of this project is the development of the novel evaporation method for producing high-quality Lead or lead-free perovskite films. This breakthrough has the potential to revolutionize the manufacturing of optoelectronic devices by enhancing the efficiency, stability, and environmental friendliness of perovskite-based LEDs.

1. Cu+ metal halide --> 3% warm white LED devices 2. Mn-perovskite-->5% green LED devices 3. Sn-perovskite-->1% pure red and 5% NIR LED Approach and implementation:

The experimental progress of this project strictly follows the WPs(Gantt chart), that is, the exploration of new materials, the preparation of high-quality films, and the design and optimization of high-performance devices. In this process, we explored the synthesis and device preparation of CQDs, the preparation and mechanism research of thin films by evaporation method, and the design and optimization of device structure.

Since we designed a sufficient buffer time in theWPs, we have sufficient time to correct errors and redesign the experiment throughout the project.
