AI-based analysis module for scheduling platform - Royal Schedule

Purpose and goal:

Our goal was to develop an AI-based analysis module further to make our product more scalable and competitive. The analysis is done with the help of advanced AI models that require expertise in optimization theory, and the results are visualized for the customer in a pedagogical way. During the project, we developed, confirmed the customer need, and launched the analysis module for all customers.

Expected results and effects: With the help of the analysis module, users have become more independent and learned to use our platform in less time. With more independent customers, it leads to a more scalable and competitive product. Approach and implementation:

The project followed our planning very well. Large parts of the project were handled internally, which led to minor uncertainties and delays. The budget was only for staff costs, which was easy to follow and followed the plan well.
