Purpose and goal: *maskinöversatt
The purpose was to clarify requirements for future valves in autonomous electrical machines. Comparison between current and future automated machines shows a clearly increased need for dynamic response. This is often exemplified in the literature through estimates of desirable step responses.
The goal was to clarify the need for development of the valves used today. From the field study, conclusions can be drawn that support the thesis that the valves must find new designs where the balance between activation, linearity and safety is given a new balance. Expected results and effects: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
En Kravställning, lab and field tests have shown that the need for more knowledge and further development of valves is needed when the machine fleet is to be electrified and automated. Through this project, the knowledge of both the academy and the companies has increased and an important first step has been taken to a deeper collaboration between the academy and different companies. A research project may be applied for in 2022.
Approach and implementation: *maskinöversatt
The work was divided into three different work packages, two of which contained the main work and ran in parallel throughout the project. The work in AP 2 generated a literature study and a set of requirements for valves. The work in AP3 included mathematical analysis of the valve that generated in some modified pilot valves.
These valves were tested on a wheel loader at Ljungby Maskin. A test rig was also created to get a better basis for folding the tests. A knowledge seminar was held to increase knowledge. The arrangement was logical and went according to plan as in a week or so.
