Medtech Arena

Purpose and goal:

Medtech Arena will serve as the hub for Swedish medtechinnovation, by highlighting project and programmes in the portfolio and finding interesting theames in these for further work going forward. The platform will also serve as a basis for excelerating the work in progress on patient participation. Here, ideas can be fed into the innovation system, entrepreneurs can be found who want to pick these up and also create an opportunity for project to apply for patient participation.

A shop window for all those who work within Medtech4Health, a whole with a look ahead. Expected results and effects:

The overall goal of the project aims to accelerate engagement in both the internal organization and the innovation ecosystem. The arena will capture needs, optimize dialogue between the parties active in Swedish medtech and thereby increase the outcome in accordance with Medtech4Health´s impact goals:

- More medical technology innovations utilized in health, care and nursing - Increased awareness and knowledge health, care and care about the benefits of medical technology - Increased internationalization, eg increased exports and increased international funding Approach and implementation:

Medtech arena is created based on an Design Thinking-process to ensure that the arena meets the needs of internal and external parties. Interviews, idea creation, prototype and testing take place at the beginning of the project and then constitute the tools we continue to work with. During this exploratory phase, the activities that are already planned are already communicated in already activated channels, this will be a soft launch of the arena.
