Purpose and goal:

Novige AB has been awarded several prizes and awards, which in turn has attracted the attention of strong potential partners. Something that the company was/is interested in investigating and developing further. In this context, Novige needed advice and a clear strategy for managing its intangible assets and business opportunities.

Thanks to this project opportunity from Vinnova and the fine work from Groth & Co, Novige now has a better understanding of its future IP strategies and business development routes. The project goals have therefore been achieved as planned. Expected results and effects:

The project ended when Groth & Co completed a document on Novige AB´s future IP strategy. The document will form the basis for Novige AB´s business strategy and contains strategic considerations, such as:

Second Opinion on the approved patents and evaluation of the geographical scope of the patent application. Guidance on how Novige AB should position its brand in the market.
