Purpose and goal:
The aim of this project was to generate a comprehensive IP strategy that is connects to Aquammodate´s business plan as well as the research and development plan. These things were done in this project. Expected results and effects:
The expected result of the project was a comprehensive IP strategy which connects to the business plan and the research and development plan. This results was delivered within the sub-areas mapping and strategic analysis as well as an IP strategy based on these. Approach and implementation:
The project was conducted in three stages according to the original plan. 1) An inventory of Aquammodate´s current IP. 2) A mapping of the relevant IP landscape, 3) Crafting an IP strategy.
