Purpose and goal:
Projektet Tillitstrampolin has developed, implemented, tested and disseminated digital and physical circus-based workshop services in five different environments within all different societal sectors to strengthen trust broadly: a public authority, a company, a university, a municipality and a non-profit organization. We feel an increased interest in our services and they are being asked for moving forward.
We have thus reached the goal of further developing forms for the circus art to broaden its relevance, funding and audience - and also spread the knowledge further. Expected results and effects:
The trust trampoline has strengthened trust in the groups it has been tested on, according to the qualitative and quantitative studies we have carried out. We have developed a pilot model for how circus-based methods can be created, used and spread, which contributes to increasing the economic sustainability of circus art. Finally, through research, we have increased knowledge about how circus-based methods can be used educationally and to increase sustainability in society.
Approach and implementation:
In the first phase, we inventoried existing circus methods and approaches and conducted a literature and research study of trust. In phase two, interdisciplinary labs were conducted where both qualitative and quantitative research and idea generation took place. Digital and physical workshops were tested, implemented and developed in different environments.
In phase three, the results were analyzed and disseminated, including at a research conference. In phase four, we have created a method- and handbook, worked with dissemination and finished planning a follow-up project.
