Purpose and goal:
The goal was to develop a) a scalable solution that leads to the need for parking decreasing rather than increasing until 2030 despite significantly more residents and workplaces, and b) a cooperation and implementation model possible to start establishing already now. This resulted in a proposal on a solution that was based on a simple consultation among the participants in mid-April and which is further developed, concretized, tested, evaluated, pre-scaling is prepared in a, now granted, step 2 - project.
Expected results and effects: The results were packaged in a concept study consisting of An overview of the needs of the various stakeholder groups in the district; Insights and conclusions from the external analysis;
A model for collaboration between real estate actors on common mobility services that describes responsibilities, processes and business model alternatives; and
A plan for a demonstration project in the district involving the implementation of the mobility broker solution shared by several real estate actors (public housing companies, commercial property owners and developers). Approach and implementation: The study used different qualitative methods to map needs and opportunities for a district-wide mobility service:
