Grant Description

Purpose and goal: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

The results of the project´s data collection showed that the conditions for traveling sustainably differ between different employees. Therefore, in the project we chose to identify three traveler types among the employees at the Central Hospital: the motorist, the flexibilist and the mobile user. Below we present an overview of the three categories and their prerequisites for traveling more sustainably as well as possible efforts to make them travel more sustainably

Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

Our starting point in the project is behavioral research, which includes fields such as behavioral economics, social psychology and psychology. In order to achieve sustainable travel habits, an understanding of what influences employees´ decisions to travel sustainably or not is required. In our analysis, we start from the COM-B behavior change model.

We have used this model as a starting point to identify the employees´ driving forces and barriers to sustainable travel to and from CSK. Results has taken place through questionnaires to the staff.
