Ultralätta, mjuka och andningsbara grafentextilvärmare (Grapheat)

Purpose and goal:

According to the aim of the project, we have gathered the consortium and formulate the goals for future development work, we have made a plan for strategy implementation and identified the risks as well as IP cleared for the future Demonstrator project. The result of the project is the draft of the application for the Demonstration Project.

Expected results and effects:

We have got confirmation from the market about existing need, and have qualitatively identify it. Based on that "request" we have formulated our Value Proposition to potential customers. Then we have created the list of potential actos (both national and global) which could be interested in developing a product with us.

So, at the end we have selected several actors which had the need which can be satisfied by our solution most. Finally, we have created the clear plan for future work, necessery resources and expercted outcome. The next natural step will be the Demonstration project. Approach and implementation:

In this project we ave formulated the Value proposition for our invention, communicated that to the list of the actors, who could be potentially interested in our solutions and be a partners with us. Than we have defined the consortium for the future Demonstrator project and clarified the IP issues existing at present. Finally, the Demonstrator project was applied in December 2021.
