Within the framework of the planning project, the project idea and constellation were developed and collaboration with the coordinator for proposal was intensified. A description of demonstrators planned to be carried out in Sweden and the structure for these was structured in the planning project. Through close collaboration with the coordinator and active participation from Swedish parties, the Swedish constellation could be expanded from the planned four to eleven participants, and a total budget of 3.8 million Euros for these were achieved.
