Purpose and goal:
The aim has been to lay a foundation for green business improvement that enables broad implementation in Swedish industry. Workshops to inspire to sustainability work have been developed and tested and films produced. The methodology from the Kickstart Hållbarhet pilot project has been tested in additional networks of SMEs and refined, and coaches have been trained.
Methodology for change programs for climate and sustainability transition have been developed and can now be disseminated to companies within the framework of Produktionslyftet, including in Omställningslyftet. Expected results and effects:
Kickstart Hållbarhet will be scaled up within Omställninglyftet. There is now also a first version of the longer in depth change program for climate and sustainability transition as well as a shorter start program. The start program is now part of Omställinglyftet´s range of interventions, with Produktionslyftet responsible for implementation.
Adjustments in Produktionslyftet´s regular development program are made to capture the green perspectives more clearly in the initial phase and a number of modules are identified as relevant in many companies in the subsequent pilot phase. Approach and implementation:
Three seminars have been held. Two films are published where one focuses on Kickstart and the other on Produktionslyftet "with green glasses". Three networks of companies have participated in Kickstart Hållbarhet, where also new coaches participated in the work.
Methodology development and coaching in three companies have now been carried out, two of which in the format of an in-depth program and one start program. In addition, modules with circular economy and with green improvement work have been tested in companies within Produktionslyftet´s regular programme.
