Grant Description

Purpose and goal: The purpose of the project was to conduct a feasibility study.

The study showed some of the challanges facing a program office within the research, development and innovation program "Avancerad Digitalisering" (Advanced Digitalisation). Avancerad Digitalisering is a private-public research, development and innovation program with a horizon of 10-years. Expected results and effects:

The project has resulted in consensus regardiing how a program office should be designed and laid a good foundation for work processes and roadmaps going forward. It has contributed to increased involvement from all of the involved actors within the programme. It has also illustrated that a considerable investment of time is required to find conensus among all parties involved.

Through the project, there is now a solid foundation to continue to build on, which will facilitate continued work, as well as upscaling of the Avancerad Digitalisering program. Approach and implementation:

The project has been carried out by Teknikföretagen with welcome support from Pir Consulting. Teknikföretagen is an industry and employer organization that represents over 4,200 companies that develop and use technology in Sweden. The project has involved representatives of ABB, Ericsson, Saab and Vinnova working closely together.
