At the end of the project, the company has a prototype (TRL 7), a commercial implementation project with a large Swedish mining company, proof-of-concepts completed with two more mining companies, a growing pipeline of additional leads and additional FoI project. The project results mean that the company has significantly strengthened its conditions for successful commercialization, scaling up and internationalization. The work with the prototype has prepared the company´s software solution for commercial implementation with scalable, robust and flexible technologies. With a validated prototype and commercial implementation begun, the company has advanced its position significantly with the effect that the company has accelerated its commercialization.

The project followed a simple model with coordination, prototype development, test plan development and marketing activities. With a small team, coordination has been uncomplicated and good results have been achieved in all activities. The marketing activities have been a good driving force for the technical activities.

As there has been interest in proof-of-concepts among the contacted customers, it has created focus in the technical activities. A healthy interplay between market and technology where customer needs were clearly in focus.
