Interorganizational agility - mutual adjustment in digital innovation ecosystems

Purpose and goal:

The purpose of the feasibility study was to prepare a larger empirical study of what we call "interorganizational agility" together with the two partners Ericsson and APTIV and the researchers from Halmstad University, Chalmers and RISE. The goal was 1) to immerse ourselves in the practical issue, 2) identify focus areas on the participating companies, 3) develop the theoretical framework, and 4) produce application documents for step 2.

Expected results and effects:

The main result from the feasibility study is the material needed for the proposal for step 2. This material is based on dialogue with the partners, literature studies and work with research design and project plans. Approach and implementation:

The feasibility study was carried out together with the project partners and the researchers. We divided the work into two work packages, where the first focused on taking in information, different perspectives and possible project orientations, and where the second work package focused on converging among these possibilities and on that basis formulating a proposal for a larger project.
