Grant Description

Purpose and goal:

The project has delivered a design vision for a platform that facilitates digital opportunity matching. Realized, the platform will be a tool that is data-driven and with AI components helps line managers and employees to jointly determine the focus on individual competence development, which on the one hand is based on the individual´s wishes and drive, on the other hand meets the needs and objective organization.

Expected results and effects:

The design vision, which has been prepared in collaboration between the parties involved and through discussions with Microsoft Sverige and LinkedIn, forms the basis for the proposal for funding that has been formulated. The design vision also constitutes an immediate value into the transformation process that is currently underway within the Volvo Group.

Approach and implementation:

In accordance with the plan, the project was carried out workshop-oriented. The plan was to conduct three workshops, but the arrangement was supplemented with two more working meetings to be able to engage and get feedback from external parties outside the consortium. Between the joint working meetings, individual work was carried out which led to 1) design vision 2) theoretical foundation of the design vision 3) proposal for continued funding.
