Escaping digital paralysis: Methods for bridging digital innovation and digital transformation

Purpose and goal:

The aim of the project was to plan and implement a proposal for step 2 in the call "Leda och organisera för digital transformation". This objective has been fulfilled by submitting a proposal for stage 2 to Vinnova. The work has included literature studies with regard to methods for avoiding digital paralysis, as well as bridging digital innovation and digital transformation.

Expected results and effects:

Literature studies and interviews suggest that challenges associated with digital paralysis are severe and that new methods for addressing the problem need to be developed. Approach and implementation:

The project was carried out partly through literature studies with regard to avoiding digital paralysis and methods for bridging digital innovation and digital transformation, and partly by analyzing interview data from potential partners who have shown interest to better understanding the phenomenon.
