Managing the challenges of time and space in digital transformation

Purpose and goal:

Step 1 project, i.e. this pre-study, aims to have created a proposal for Step 2 project, i.e. the main study. Step 1 objectives are: (a) to have anchored Step 2 within the adopted partner organisations, (b) to have assured that partner organizations will partake actively within Step 2, (c) to have established access to their organisations and operations, and (d) to have established a relation between Step 2 study and the ongoing and forthcoming initiatives driving their digital transformations.

Expected results and effects:

Step 1 results are to have submitted a proposal to Vinnova for the Step 2 study. The desired effects include that partner organizations are ready for the execution of the Step 2 project. Approach and implementation:

(i) Identification, selection and adoption of a theoretical framework to support the conduct of Step 2 project. (ii) identification of relevant roles and individuals within each partner organization, dialogue with them regarding their organizational situations, challenges and needs, and their desired approach for cooperation during Step 2. (iii) Formulation of project proposal for Step 2.
