Agile Digital Business Model Innovation Methods for Industrial Firms’ Digital Transformation

Purpose and goal:

To develop and implement agile digital business model innovation methods for digital transformation and growth of industrial firms. Expected results and effects:

The project intends to realize four key effects: 1) inventory of agile business model innovation needs and company specific challenges, 2) documentation and overview of commonly used and widely recognized agile business model innovation frameworks, 3)ecure commitment (time and effort) from partner companies and identify receiver for project deliverables, and 4) extend the project consortium based on analysis of project and industry needs

Approach and implementation:

The project will be conducted through the following tasks: 1) need analysis and challenge mapping, 2) theoretical framework synthesis and development, 3) project anchoring, prototype cases definition and consortium development, and 4) Stage 2 application planning and development.
