Purpose and goal:
Coompanion mediates checks for business development, infrastructure and IP with the aim of creating better conditions for successful innovation development. The companies we support are expected to become more competitive and develop sustainable, profitable businesses as well as integrate sustainability and gender equality aspects into the company´s processes and activities.
Expected results and effects:
95% of the companies that have received checks have developed their competence network & 95% of the companies that have received checks for infrastructure have verified and validated important commercial, organizational and technical conditions to reduce risks and stimulate follow-on investments for development of innovations. IP strategies have been developed.
Cooperative companies have a long-term perspective on profits and combine profit targets with other values where sustainability aspects of diversity, gender equality and environment are important factors. Approach and implementation:
Coompanion´s innovation coaches market the check, identify potential companies, analyze the project idea together with the company and further develop it, and prepare a basis for the project team´s position. They will also guide the companies on to another player if they need other coaching. When proposal IP check, special expert advisers are available.
The coaches use common methods and tools. External expertise is procured in consultation with the company concerned. An Advisory Board and legal expertise support the work.
