When testing the VR application with children and young people, it turns out that the results are almost beyond expectations. The VR application achieves the feeling of being present and even participating in the performance. Please watch the film clip of one of the young testers, url supplied below.
VR application can therefore be used with advantage and contribute to Wermland Operas´s cultural promotion work. Approach and implementation: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **
In collaboration between WO, administrative staff, artists and technology partner PIF, a storyboard was developed which was translated into a recording script. The recording was done on site with both theater staff, VR technical staff, children and youth manager and admin staff from WO. Cutting/programming by PiF inc download to headsets. On-site testing with children.
The implementation has worked extremely well. With their specific expertise, everyone in the project has contributed to a successful result and smooth implementation.
