KPI:s and tools for SRL

Purpose and goal:

The project is aimed at business developers at innovation offices, incubators and Science Parks to accelerate startups´ progress according to the SRL-scale to find process methodology, tools and networks that support their work in coaching startups in their journey towards sustainability, with the aim of minimize risks, maximize potential and increase the realization of sustainability goals. In parallel, a course has been developed.

The result is on a platform that is developed by six incubators, in collaboration with 10 others and is a Vinnova-funded project. Expected results and effects: ** Denna text är maskinöversatt **

The project has developed a process methodology to support the business coach in business development around sustainability, mapped the tools that are used today for each phase and produced examples of KPIs for each phase.

A tool has also been developed for screening startups from SRL 2-5, as well as a training course to increase the basic skills of AFCer

The result is available on a digital platform at srl.sisp.se which has received a positive reception and which we hope will be used as support for business coaches and that it will continue to develop. Approach and implementation:

The project is co-created with several incubators in different stages. The 6 project parties have worked actively to include both innovation offices, incubators and science parks in order to achieve the best results possible and receive feedback in ongoing work. There has been a reference group of parties and 18 parties who attended a series of workshops to feed into the outcome.Before that also did quantitative interviews with 42 parties and 10 qualitative interviews, to make an analysis of the current situation and efforts for moving to the desired situation.
